From technical need to sample, custom development starts with scope, parameters and documentation.
A synthesis on demand begins before the bench. The first step is understanding the technical need: which material will be evaluated, in which matrix, in what form of presentation, at what scale and with which characterization data.
From that scope, we define the most suitable route. In ceramic materials, small changes in pH, temperature, time, concentration, thermal treatment or milling can alter phase, crystallinity, morphology and particle size.
Stage 1: Technical requirements
The project starts with questions about the intended application, particle size range, matrix compatibility, quantity, documentation and process constraints.
Stage 2: Synthesis route
The route is defined based on the desired composition, phase control and the possibility of doping, functionalization or thermal processing.
Stage 3: Processing
After synthesis, the material may go through drying, milling, particle size classification, thermal treatment or preparation in a specific form.
Stage 4: Characterization
Characterization confirms whether the route reached the expected parameters. The data guide adjustments and help document the batch.
Stage 5: Technical delivery
The result may include a sample, technical data sheet, characterization data, a report and recommendations for next steps.
Developing on demand means turning a technical need into a route, a material and documentation.
